can you have the clouds in the sky strolling all the time without CLICK TO PLAY,also can you downsize it or the other way round?

Hi, I really like your work. I keep coming back to it. I have a question. I have an all black background on my website, but I need an animation like this. I see the white banner at the top and bottom, which would not look right. Can that be removed? Also, I have used flash extensively, but have never embedded a movie. Will it slow down the downloading of the page from the server?
