Could you make a short step by step guide? Ived downloaded it, but am totally stuck as to what Im suposed to do in order to get this effect on any other picture.. Thanx. It looks good =)

Nice :) , a bitmap effect. These new features adobe added to flash after 'purchasing' macromedia are so cool. all these filters, and working with bitmap data. good job! I am experimenting with bitmap functions too. Trying to make a realistic "caustic" effect.
