I have a question. I purchased this file to use on a website I am building. I'm new to this whole thing. What I really need is the video part of the TV static but not the audio. Is this possible?. And once I uploaded it, I am unable to play it or hear it. How do I do that? thanks

This effect don't have audio. So You cann't hear it.

I need more details about Your problem: what kind of the software do You use to open it? Do You plan to use SWF-file on Your web-site? Or another file-format? Please send me site mail with all of the details.
